Business Manager (Bristol)

We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager in Bristol.

Pay rate: PAYE 555.79 per day/UMB 750 per day

Contract duration: Temporary ongoing

Purpose:

Leading on policy, governance and assurance for maintenance activities conducted by the FM provider, the Maintenance Manager ensures the maintenance in the non-containment areas (but including supply networks to high containment) and integrates with both the DgP Technical Services team and contracted service partners.

Requirements:

• Specialist Maintenance Manager skills and experience.
• Significant experience of leading on policy, governance, and assurance for maintenance activities.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong stakeholder communications.
