Victim’s First Officer (Reading)

We are currently recruiting a victim’s First Officer based in Reading.

One year initial with the possibility of permanent down the line.

For this role you need:

• Excellent telephone/customer service skills,
• Empathy with victims of crime/ability to support people in distress,
• Ability to cope with high-pressure environment,
• Methodical and organised record keeping
