INVESTIGATOR (BARKING)

We are currently recruiting Investigators based in Barking on a 6-month ongoing contract. 

£16.18 – £20.04 Per Hour

Key responsibilities:

• To assist in the investigation of Gross Negligence under S.1 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 ( CMCHA).
• (Inpatient Suicide – It is alleged that the patient’s death was caused by the strategic failings of Senior Management of the Hospital Trust).
• To develop key evidence.
• Conduct interviews with witnesses and suspects.
• Examining large volumes of electronic and paper documents.
• The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Identify lines of enquiry and potential evidence gathering opportunities.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience of working in a Major Investigative Team.
• Previous experience of investigations and preparing reports and court files.
• Previous experience of working with HOLMES.
• Knowledge of Disclosure
