INTELLIGENCE TRAINING SPECIALIST (NEWTON HEATH , MANCHESTER)

We are currently recruiting an Intelligence Training Specialist based in Newton Heath.
Successful candidate may work remotely whilst in the training Development stage, however during the delivery of training the location will depend on delivery of training – online or in person (Manchester based).

£200 per day

In this role you will be required to design and develop intelligence training material/courses that can be delivered online or in the classroom. You will deliver this training to all intelligence role types across the force.You will help the force review it’s intelligence training requirements and gaps.

You’ll be required to work independently and remotely, and to successfully plan and manage own workload and meet predetermined deadlines.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

To have a comprehensive understanding of the National Intelligence Model and experience of its application in a law enforcement context.
It is desirable for the candidate to have first-hand experience of working in the intelligence community.
To have knowledge of Approved Professional Practice for Intelligence.
A Level 4 Certificate in Training & Education or Police Training Roles Learning and Development Programme (PTRLDP) or comparative qualification. Experience of designing, developing and delivering a range of training and development activities.
Knowledge of legislation applying to information management in law enforcement.
Experience of working independently and remotely, and delivering outputs to predetermined deadlines.
