A degree of flexibility around working hours is essential, as reception is open 7 days a week and changes or additional hours may be necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Contract duration:\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Purpose:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client is looking for an experienced receptionist or someone with customer services experience to work in a busy professional environment. The role includes both telephone and face-to-face contact.\u00a0 You should have good IT skills, be a competent multitasker with good communication skills, whilst understanding the importance of the security procedures that need to be adhered to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Duties:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Be responsible for ensuring the security systems and processes are always adhered to. (keys, alarms, pagers, cameras etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain security equipment &amp; report issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible for facilitating family and professional visits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the Confidentiality Code of Conduct is adhered to in relation to staff, clients, family &amp; carers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable court escorts to safely deliver and collect young people from\/ to the centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage room bookings &amp; calendar maintenance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure stationery and equipment supplies are kept restocked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible to produce a range of documents, both electronic and hard copies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible for the reception &amp; foyer areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Devolve information to staff and managers in a timely and consistent manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O\u2019Keefe at Peel Recruit. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist in Salford.
