This will include; identifying and collecting relevant data, supporting the organisation and analysis of data, and supporting the production of outputs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design effective operating model solutions for Recruitment and Retention change initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design capabilities supporting Recruitment and Retention projects in a complex, multifaceted network organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist programme Strand Leads to shape the future of the delivery for the programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Essential Skills and Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Highly organised with the ability to organise own workload and work to changing deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to undertake research and analysis, particularly impact analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to identify and engage stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of working with various stakeholders within a large organisation including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of collecting and analysing data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working across multiple pieces of work at the same time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience of solving business problems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O&#8217;Keefe on 07879 585551.
