{"id":911,"date":"2023-10-25T15:51:23","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T14:51:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=911"},"modified":"2023-10-25T15:52:16","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T14:52:16","slug":"customer-support-officer","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?jobpost=customer-support-officer","title":{"rendered":"Customer Support Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer in Manchester.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Pay rate:<\/u> <\/strong>14.50 per hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Purpose:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be the first point of contact for all customer and stakeholder enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service is provided during every customer contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Duties:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Effective use of a variety of contact channels in handling customer enquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logging customer feedback relating to public transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle all customer and stakeholder queries, requests and reports received to the Contact Centre, via telephone or in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support service for colleagues in Travel shops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete relevant administration processes relating to contact centre services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O&#8217;Keefe on 07879 585551.
