This will cover a range of areas such as Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Wellbeing: Equality, Diversity &amp; Inclusion; Learning &amp; Development; Talent Management; Resourcing; People Analytics; Recognition &amp; Reward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Duties:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and deliver key HR\/People strategies for one or more people functions and ensure they are set up to succeed (governance, framework, process, SLAs etc. \u2013 ensure real rigour and sustainability built into models).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively manage the agreed workforce model on a day to day basis ensuring that governance and change management is adhered to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input into succession planning and forward thinking about the future workforce model required to meet changing demand and workforce trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nurture and develop team to ensure rotation and skills development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring we are delivering above expected standards and raising the profile of the People team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse various sources of HR data (qualitative and quantitative) to make sound decisions and challenge \/ probe to improve where possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Key Skills and Experience:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent HR policy knowledge and interpreting this to inform planning and decision making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good experience in several People areas (as listed above) &#8211; the ability to build a robust approach to reach a diverse workforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good data analysis and insights skills &#8211; ability to identify people trends and best practice and use this to question and challenge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good project management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The individual will also deputise for the Head of People &amp; Development on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:12px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O&#8217;Keefe on 07879 585551.
