{"id":882,"date":"2023-09-21T16:13:07","date_gmt":"2023-09-21T15:13:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=882"},"modified":"2023-09-21T16:13:08","modified_gmt":"2023-09-21T15:13:08","slug":"oracle-training-manager","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?jobpost=oracle-training-manager","title":{"rendered":"Oracle Training Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>We are currently recruiting for an Oracle Training Manager.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:11px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This role is a remote position, but you must be able to travel to some sites to deliver training when necessary.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Duties:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluating and updating existing training materials where required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the Technical Business Engagement Lead in developing and implementing training strategies across Metis Product, delivering key training plans and activities to a range of audiences and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schedule, develop and run training sessions to key individuals identified, if required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build an understanding of key stakeholders, building materials that suit their needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluating the effectiveness of training materials and sessions, identifying lessons learned and areas of improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilising feedback channels, gathering both quantitative and qualitative data from stakeholders to continuously improve training material and its delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Skills:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Should be IT literate within an Oracle environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have previous experience of writing training content and understand training design concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and influencing skills to work in collaboration with our Service Provider, Product Managers, and colleagues to develop accurate material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a comprehensive understanding of Oracle finance, payroll and HCM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:12px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O&#8217;Keefe on 07879 585551.
