We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in Kilburn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay rate:<\/u> <\/strong>UMB 600-700 per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hours:<\/u><\/strong> 09:00-17:00- Hybrid role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Duties: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Champion and implement effective project delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Manage communication and engagement with project stakeholders, developing and maintaining key relationships and working in partnership to resolve problems to benefit operational policing and the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Work with the TD and local project \/ change teams to ensure consistency of project delivery approach<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Provide overall direction and leadership for the project delivery team in scope of the role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Build and sustain capacity and capability within the project team to deliver the programme workstream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Be the key point of contact between the project and the programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Deliver project outcomes and benefits<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Lead a complex project, including set-up, management and delivery, ensuring that the project delivers to time, cost and quality and meets all TD processes, standards and reporting requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Co-ordinate the project and its interdependencies, working closely with the project leads for the other projects within the programme<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Identify, manage and resolve risks, track and manage costs and benefits, provide reports as required, and ensure all outputs meet programme requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Manage project related dependencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Identify resource requirements and undertake related activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–    Manage stakeholder communications and key messages for the project<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage project level resource to ensure project outputs are deliver to time, cost and quality<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience of senior management within a complex change portfolio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Influencing, negotiating with, and providing challenge to director-level stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience of resolving and escalating risks, issues and conflicts as necessary within a complex change portfolio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Have managed suppliers and contractors, assuring quality and ensuring value for money<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience of managing a team, setting a collaborative culture, building capability and creating an environment of continuous learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience of managing complex programmes and projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n
