Hybrid\/remote role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Purpose:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To deliver a comprehensive payroll service to ensure all are paid accurately and on time. Responsible for multiple payrolls, month and year end reconciliations and payroll authorisation processes. Create and manage a loyal, dedicated, and skilled payroll team to deliver a modern and professional service, one that\u2019s thought of highly at all levels throughout the client\u2019s area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Skills and Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong payroll background<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work across multiple functions and with 3rd parties and external agencies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage team priorities and ensure key tasks are delivered<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in finding resolutions for escalations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience developing effective working practices and continuous improvement in ways of working<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O&#8217;Keefe on 07879 585551.
