We are currently recruiting for a Business Design Analyst in London.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay rate:<\/u> <\/strong>PAYE 407.18-417.26 per day\/UMB 525-538 per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Business Design Analyst, you\u2019ll leverage new technologies, varied datasets, and specialist operational knowledge to undertake detailed analyses and develop evidence based solutions to some of the client\u2019s most complex challenges. You\u2019ll collaborate and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders from across the public sector, playing a pivotal role in reacting and reshaping the country\u2019s approach.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duties: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to define organisational problems, design appropriate solutions, and determine the impact of both on the client\u2019s operating model
\u2022    Support the translation of complex organisational problems and solutions into simple compelling narratives that achieve broad business consensus
\u2022    Lead in the organisation of workshops, stakeholder engagement and other relevant meetings and boards
\u2022    Proactively assist in maturing the business design practice, expanding your own and others\u2019 skillset, providing assurance, and developing new approaches<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills and Experience: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and risk management
\u2022    Experience of undertaking analytical activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analysing complex or incomplete data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations
\u2022    Solutions-oriented, innovative, forward-thinking approach to complex challenges
\u2022    Experience of building confidence with various stakeholders, managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Experience in developing Business Operating Models, and an understanding of the value that they add to an organisation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Working within a challenging, change driven environment, with experience of working with various stakeholders within a large organisation including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Experience of working within Project Management delivery approaches (i.e. PRINCE2, Agile) and an understanding of change delivering methodologies and approaches<\/p>\n\n\n\n
