We are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager in Kilburn.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay rate:<\/u> <\/strong>800-900 Per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duties: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lead the business design, UX and change activities and communicate the outputs, seeking support to enable change.
\u2022 Agreeing the leavers to change and the new operating model with the leadership team and ensuring they are enabled to deliver.
\u2022 Lead the Business Design Authority for the programme
\u2022 Manage a blended team consisting of a mix of internal and external resources
\u2022 Work closely with the Transformation Design and Change teams to ensure the programme is aligned to the client\u2019s strategic direction, ways of working and that continuous improvement is adopted.
\u2022 Facilitate effective change to happen and efficiencies to be delivered.
\u2022 Support the planning for future programme team and to stand up the new directorate.
\u2022 Work with the SLT and operational business leads to identify and use analysis to drive forward transformation.
\u2022 Lead on people issues arising out of transformation, ensuring HR good practise is followed and impacts upon staff managed effectively.
\u2022 Undertake people\/staff engagement providing considerate, informative and collaborative communications honestly that ensures people are involved
\u2022 Link into other enabling change initiatives and priority programmes, ensuring dependencies and aspects linked to transformation are handled through the organisational design remit and governance.
\u2022 Contribute to the wider team through chairing team meetings, being an active member of the senior leadership team, team information sharing sessions, lunch and learn sessions, recognising and rewarding success and working to make a better place to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills (Essential):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience of collaborative working to agree future plans and drive change at a senior level<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Excellent organisational skills with evidence of hitting deadlines, corralling, and coordinating others, prioritising and continuously improving<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication skills including presenting to executive boards<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Proven problem solving, relationship building and networking skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ability to present complex information in an easily understandable format, referencing data and undertaking analysis to help inform decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong stakeholder management at all levels including working with Directors and team working skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience of Business Design and UX<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowledge:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    A broad, enterprise-wide view of a mature business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Knowledge of and experience in at least one of the key disciplines within the workstream e.g., business architecture, UX design, stakeholder management, business change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    In-depth knowledge of a broad range of leading practice business design techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Knowledge of National and local governance processes i.e., MOPAC, Cabinet office etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022    Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
