We are currently recruiting for a Service Design and Integration Manager in London.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay rate:<\/u> <\/strong>PAYE 426.57-580.67 per day<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary ongoing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Service Design & Integration Manager role is a specialized role with responsibility to maintain the alignment of Business Change and IT Change across the MPS Mobility ecosystem and work across delivery streams and work with team leaders to:
\u2013 Successfully deliver individual delivery plans
\u2013 Oversee integration from Transition to Production
\u2013 Act as central point for integration of all changes to in-scope systems and interfaces
\u2013 Review incoming project requests for impact to existing and new services
\u2013 Design new services to meet project specific needs
\u2013 Integrate and implement new services and service change and manage priorities
\u2013 Manage ITIL based support processes and business relationships and ensure the team delivers a KPI based service<\/p>\n\n\n\n
