We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in Kilburn.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pay rate:<\/u> <\/strong>\u00a0600-700 Per day.<\/p>\n

Contract duration: <\/u><\/strong>Temporary Ongoing<\/p>\n

Department: <\/u><\/strong>Project Management<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Purpose:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

To provide project management for the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers Global Process Design workstream, as part of the Shared Services Programme.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Duties:\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Champion and implement effective project delivery<\/p>\n

– Manage communication and engagement with project stakeholders, developing and maintaining key relationships and working in partnership to resolve problems to benefit operational policing and the MPS<\/p>\n

– Work with the TD and local project \/ change teams to ensure consistency of project delivery approach<\/p>\n

– Provide overall direction and leadership for the project delivery team in scope of the role<\/p>\n

– Build and sustain capacity and capability within the project team to deliver the programme workstream<\/p>\n

– Be the key point of contact between the project and the programme<\/p>\n

– Deliver project outcomes and benefits<\/p>\n

– Lead a complex project, including set-up, management and delivery, ensuring that the project delivers to time, cost and quality and meets all TD processes, standards and reporting requirements<\/p>\n

– Co-ordinate the project and its interdependencies, working closely with the project leads for the other projects within the programme<\/p>\n

– Identify, manage and resolve risks, track and manage costs and benefits, provide reports as required, and ensure all outputs meet programme requirements<\/p>\n

– Manage project related dependencies<\/p>\n

– Identify resource requirements and undertake related activities<\/p>\n

– Manage stakeholder communications and key messages for the project<\/p>\n

– Manage project level resource to ensure project outputs are deliver to time, cost and quality<\/p>\n
