Duties<\/strong>: 2. To ensure compliance with health and safety rules, regulations and legislation both on an individual and collective basis and to manage operational risks effectively and proactively.<\/p>\n 3. To participate in self-improvement in performance through workplace development.<\/p>\n 4. Undertake any additional duties commensurate with the grade of the post, including the performance of duties outside of normal working hours.<\/p>\n 5. \nExperience of monitoring and responding to alarm equipment\/CCTV equipment

\nAbility to respond to customers courteously and helpfully
\nAbility to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
\nAbility to work effectively in a team & capable of making a full contribution to team decision-making and achievement of objectives
\nAbility to work on own initiative.
\nCurrent knowledge of security services issues
\nCurrent knowledge of equalities and diversity issues<\/p>\n
