{"id":582,"date":"2022-11-10T11:02:38","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T11:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=582"},"modified":"2022-11-10T11:02:38","modified_gmt":"2022-11-10T11:02:38","slug":"service-assurance-manager-westminster-2","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?jobpost=service-assurance-manager-westminster-2","title":{"rendered":"SERVICE ASSURANCE MANAGER (WESTMINSTER)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"job_description\">\n<p>We are currently recruiting a Service Assurance Manager based in Westminster.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Working across the Business Support Unit; internal audit, handling of misconduct cases and complaints, and compliance with a range of regulatory activities including health and safety<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish an appropriate approach in each area to handling information appropriately and efficiently \u2013 this should include demand modelling, resourcing, training needs analysis, development of appropriate tools, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish an internal audit approach for all MO11 services and is proportionate to each service e.g. highly regulated environments vs. less regulated<br \/>\n\u2022 Track all open actions from external and internal reviews and create the mechanisms for effective tasking<br \/>\n\u2022 Create reporting to meet the requirements of service delivery teams and SLT<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide coaching and upskilling to colleagues working across risk management, continuity planning, internal audit, and other assurance functions<br \/>\n\u2022 Working with the PMO, establish a programme of Continuous Improvement \/ Organisational Learning for MO11<br \/>\n\u2022 Support the SLT to drive the MO11 transformation and support with bespoke activities as required<br \/>\n\u2022 An audit background would be desirable but is not essential<\/p>\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O\u2019Keefe on 01925 377 878.
