{"id":572,"date":"2022-10-17T13:58:15","date_gmt":"2022-10-17T12:58:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=572"},"modified":"2022-10-17T13:58:15","modified_gmt":"2022-10-17T12:58:15","slug":"occupational-health-advisor-hindlip","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?jobpost=occupational-health-advisor-hindlip","title":{"rendered":"OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH ADVISOR (HINDLIP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently recruiting a Occupational Health Advisor based in Hindlip.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<br \/>\nKnowledge:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered General Nurse.<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in Occupational Health.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, including the Equality Act, Medical Reports Act, Data Protection Act and Health and Safety at Work Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant post qualification experience in a clinical setting.<\/li>\n<li>The proven ability to practically apply medical knowledge and experience in order to effectively deal with complex cases of workplace injury and ill- health.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of providing Occupational Health services within a complex organisation with multiple sites and specialist requirements 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to research and prepare management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence senior leaders, resolve conflict and deal with sensitive issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to research and prepare medical management reports.<\/li>\n<li>Competent in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apply online or contact Terri O\u2019Keefe on 01925 377 878.
