\n\u2022 Knowledge and understanding of service management in the Policing sector would be advantageous but not essential
\n\u2022 Knowledge of project management principles and practices
\n\u2022 Knowledge of IT service management\/operations in an SAAS environment
\n\u2022 Knowledge and understanding of IT, web hosting, cloud services, datacentres, security controls, content management and other similar technologies<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Previous governance and process experience around programme\/project management and service acceptance procedures
\n\u2022 Transition management, experience in onboarding new customer, services or technology changes and taking them into live operations ensuring the live service is protected
\n\u2022 To have demonstrable experience of risk and issue management and mitigation
\n\u2022 Proven track record of being able to effectively manage all stakeholders, from 3rd party suppliers, internal support groups, internal leaders and customers
\n\u2022 An ability to develop and build trusting open relationships using excellent stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 ITILv3 foundation, beneficial but not necessary<\/p>\n
