It is illustrative of the general nature and level of responsibility of the work to be undertaken.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To identify the core training needs in relation to Trauma Informed Policing.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To design and deliver training in the most appropriate way, having regards to the subject matter, the needs of the organisation, the needs of the group or the individual.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop, deliver and maintain lesson plans, course learning descriptors and relevant course material<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To provide guidance and support to staff in identifying learning needs and advise thereon.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To advise and support in the preparation and production of the annual training plan.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To produce\/analyse and communicate management information and statistical data.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To evaluate training courses when appropriate<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To provide a customer focussed environment conducive to learners needs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To capture, collate and maintain an overview of the Trauma Informed Lancashire Programme.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To carry out any other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post.<\/p>\n<p>Apply online or contact Lucia De Felice on 07425757587 for more information or email lucia@peelsolutions.co.uk.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job_application application\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently recruiting Trauma Informed Police and Multi-Agency Trainer based in Preston.
