Job role: <\/strong> Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n Fulfilling the role of Professional Advisor in accordance with the HR Delivery Model specialising in Change Management\u00a0and alsoproviding generalist HR advice to regional and national\u00a0projects.<\/p>\n Developing and\u00a0maintaining relationships with Line Managers, Business Change Managers during re-structures providing timely and appropriate technical advice around change management in accordance with Force Policy, best\u00a0practice\u00a0and legislation.<\/p>\n Managing re-structures in line with\u00a0the\u00a0Policy, best practice and employment legislation including appropriate consultation with trade unions,\u00a0Federation\u00a0and members of staff.<\/p>\n Managing delivery of change related to partnership working\u00a0and also\u00a0regional and national working\u00a0e.g.,\u00a0County Council, Fire Service, regional and national home forces.<\/p>\n Managing departmental re-structures seeking to produce creative solutions to issues in accordance with change management, highlighting risk in order that informed decisions can be taken as to the appropriate way forward.<\/p>\n Undertaking appropriate pro-active monitoring activities for the area of specialism, highlighting issues and potential actions to relevant manager\/department representative.<\/p>\n Contributing to policy formation where appropriate, providing innovative solutions and ideas for process simplification\u00a0from a force, regional and national perspective.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Apply online or contact Joe Dutton on 01925 377 878 for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We are currently recruiting a HR Change Officer based in Dorset.
