{"id":489,"date":"2022-02-16T16:01:27","date_gmt":"2022-02-16T16:01:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=489"},"modified":"2022-02-16T16:04:07","modified_gmt":"2022-02-16T16:04:07","slug":"quality-support-officer-merseyside","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?jobpost=quality-support-officer-merseyside","title":{"rendered":"QUALITY SUPPORT OFFICER (MERSEYSIDE)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently recruiting a <strong>Quality Support Officer<\/strong> based in Merseyside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo support the force in gaining and maintaining UKAS accreditation across all departments that undertake forensic activity, ensuring compliancewith the requirements of the Forensic Science Regulator.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Have a sound knowledge of forensic services to understand the requirements of the UKAS accreditations especially ISO 17020 &amp; 17025 thus ensuring accreditation can be gained and maintained in the necessary fields.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Knowledge of ISO Quality Management systems, International Standards and relevant guidance material such as BS EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2005, ISO\/IEC 17020:2012, ILAC G19 and Forensic Regulators Codes of Practice and Conduct.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Excellent communication skills, in order to produce clear and concise documented procedures, processes, policies and reports.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people of all levels.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Good information handling skills with sound analytical and problem solving skills in order to manage varied and intense workloads whilst prioritising accreditation activities and managing the timelines set by the Forensic Regulator.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst maintaining a good level of performance and demonstrating flexibility<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Possess excellent IT skills.<\/p>\n<p>Apply online or contact Lucia De Felice on 01925 377 878 for more information.
