We are currently recruiting a Disclosure Scheduler based in London on a 6 month contract (possibility to become a fixed term contract in future.)

\n(remote- min 3 days from home) successful applicants will be required to travel to the London office for the first few weeks. Then up to 2 days per week.
\n<br>
\n<strong>Responsibilities :<\/strong>
\n<br>
\nTo examine material relevant to the cases being investigated and ensure adherence to best practice and relevant guidance.
\nTo prepare comprehensive disclosure schedules for the Prosecutor, offering advice as to the material recovered as part of the investigation and grading the material in line with current guidelines and legislation.
\nGive advice to the Senior Investigating Officer and the management team, Be responsible for editing all relevant disc-losable material prior to disclosure and must be consulted before any documents are amended.
\nBe responsible for advising the senior investigating officer of any circumstances where there is a need to obtain witness summonses to secure third party material and to liaise with the Prosecutor on this issue.
\nBe responsible for providing advice to the SIO and the prosecutor concerning all aspects of the unused material in this enquiry.
\nBe involved in the process leading to: Inter-Parte Hearings and Ex-Parte Hearings.
\nWork closely with the case team leader and to ensure that arrangements are in place so that no additional work is authorised on any previously considered material without the disclosure officer being consulted.
\nProvide assistance to the case team leader in maintaining the integrity of original material connected with the investigation.

\n<strong>Experience required:<\/strong>
\n<br>
\nKnowledge of Criminal Law
\nHappy to look at recent Graduates\/Para legals
\nLaw enforcement knowledge (even if it is a minimal amount)
\nHappy to look at previous criminal investigators
\nWorked within HMRC\/Environmental agency previously
\nGood IT Skills\/Excel
\nSYSTEMS: NUIX\/Accelrate\/Autonomy\/ eDiscovery Platforms
