Role: Holmes Indexer
\nContract: 3 months

\nPay Rate: \u00a312.13<\/p>\n
We are currently recruiting a Holmes Indexer based in Blackburn on a 3 month contract.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Accurate and efficient use of HOLMES.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To arrange initial incident room preparation and back record conversion.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the equipment used in relation to major incidents.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To continually self-develop within the role.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To assist in delivering training needs in relation to HOLMES<\/p>\n
\u2022 To continually strive to develop best practice.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To carry out any other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post<\/p>\n

\nHOLMES V16 trained
\nFull driving licence<\/p>\n
\nExperiences of utilising computer applications.
\nExperience of working in a Major Incident Room
\nKnowledge of Major Incident Room procedures.
\nThe ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
\nExperience of conducting research and presenting findings.
\nThe ability to work on own initiative with the minimum of supervision.
\nThe ability to communicate with people at all levels, both orally and in writing.
\nExperience of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
\nExperience of working as part of a team.
\nKnowledge of Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Data Protection Principles and Community & Race Relations Legislation\/issues<\/p>\n
\nPrevious experience of delivering training.
\nThe ability to maintain and support computer software\/hardware<\/p>\n
