\nKnowledge and\/or experience of multi-functional, multi-agency work
\nExperience of dealing with a wide range of people from a cross section of the community, in varying circumstances
\nProven ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
\nExcellent communication skills & demonstrable ability to provide advice and guidance, particularly over the telephone<\/p>\n
