\n\u00b7 Experience of working in user-focused ICT service delivery environment
\n\u00b7 Demonstrably effective communications skills
\n\u00b7 Proven ability to administer complex, ICT networks, systems and services
\n\u00b7 Demonstrably good communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a meaningful way to a non-specialist customer base
\n\u00b7 Proven problem solving ability
\n\u00b7 Fully competent and experienced in Microsoft Office applications
\n\u00b7 Awareness of PRINCE2, Agile or similar project methodology
\n\u00b7 Understanding of ICT security and background understanding of legal
\n\u00b7 Issues relating to ICT e.g. Data Protection and Computer Misuse Acts<\/p>\n
