We are currently looking for an experienced \u2018Client Support Officer\u2019 to take on a temporary on-going contract based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.<\/p>\n
Position Details:
\n\u2022 Temporary on-going contract
\n\u2022 Full-time position: 37 Hours per Week
\n\u2022 Working Hours: 9.00-17.00, Monday-Friday<\/p>\n
Job Description:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure the service is delivered in line with specific targeted customer service levels, health and safety standards and legislation
\n\u2022 Dealing with customer and colleague enquiries and support these courteously, proactively, and efficiently
\n\u2022 Work effectively with colleagues and line management in achieving customer service and expectations
\n\u2022 Ensure that quality and value for money are considered in supporting the management of the estate
\n\u2022 Investigating, collating, presenting, reporting on and maintaining service desk information
\n\u2022 Use and develop administrative and financial processes and procedures, to ensure effective and efficient administration in order to provide a quality customer service
\n\u2022 Maintain internal customer relationships and expectations to ensure that an efficient Estates service desk function is provided<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 You will have excellent customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with a broad range of diverse and demanding customers across a variety of platforms
\n\u2022 You will build effective working relationships at all levels, and support a broad range of diverse internal and external stakeholders who require an exemplary service
\n\u2022 You will be able to demonstrate how you work proactively and collaboratively in a team, with personal credibility, in order to provide a quality level of service
\n\u2022 You will be competent in administration and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and IT systems
\n\u2022 You will have a high level of attention to detail and be comfortable with producing and presenting accurate data and information
\n\u2022 Ideally you will have experience in the areas of facilities management, customer service, business support<\/p>\n
