{"id":390,"date":"2020-11-27T15:38:28","date_gmt":"2020-11-27T15:38:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=390"},"modified":"2020-11-27T15:38:28","modified_gmt":"2020-11-27T15:38:28","slug":"fraud-investigator-ashton-under-lynne-manchester","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?jobpost=fraud-investigator-ashton-under-lynne-manchester","title":{"rendered":"Fraud Investigator\u00a0(Ashton under Lynne, Manchester)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently recruiting a\u00a0<strong>Fraud Investigator<\/strong>\u00a0based in Ashton under Lynne, Manchester.<br \/>\nPay: \u00a314.63 \u2013 \u00a316.83 Per Hour<br \/>\nContract:3-6 months on going<br \/>\nWorking Hours: 37<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities\/Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Demonstrates a good working knowledge of the Fraud Investigative Model.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good working knowledge of Current GMP police system\u2019s such as iOPS and Cyclops.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experienced researcher in policing and partner intelligence systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to produce reports, documents and presentations as required.<br \/>\n\u2022 An awareness of GMPs Fraud Policy.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work with minimum supervision and on own initiative.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experienced Specialist Fraud Investigator.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experienced in Crime Evaluation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Good knowledge of the Home Office Counting Rules and National Crime Recording Standards and practical experience of its application.<br \/>\n\u2022 Has a thorough understanding of the PIP 1 Crime Management Standards and its application in a Fraud Environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Understands and has experience of the application of the Victims Code of Practise.<br \/>\n\u2022 Has a good knowledge of PACE, Policing and Crime Act as well as disclosure in a Fraud environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assessments of cases referred by other methods such as referrals from Police Scotland and Private Industry.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assessment of THOR utilising financial intelligence and police systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaison with partner agencies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Review of referrals and enquiries forwarded to the Economic Crime Unit.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conducting Investigative Assessments on Fraud Referrals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Evaluate Crimes held on the iOPS system.<\/p>\n<p>Apply online or contact Lloyd at Peel Solutions for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently recruiting a\u00a0Fraud Investigator\u00a0based in Ashton under Lynne, Manchester.
