{"id":388,"date":"2020-11-20T15:32:30","date_gmt":"2020-11-20T15:32:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=388"},"modified":"2020-11-20T15:33:17","modified_gmt":"2020-11-20T15:33:17","slug":"388","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.policejobs.co.uk\/?jobpost=388","title":{"rendered":"Investigator (Cheshire)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"job_description\">\n<p>We are currently recruiting an Investigator based in Cheshire.<br \/>\nContract:12-18 Months<br \/>\nWorking Hours- Mon-Fri with cover on Saturdays when needed.<br \/>\nPay Rate: \u00a315-\u00a316 per hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This role will require:<\/strong><br \/>\nProvision of support to the Covid-Investigation functions.<br \/>\nAbility to assist with intelligence led\/ rapid response to incidents<br \/>\nEffective partnership working with other local authorities and Police.<br \/>\nConfident, well presented individuals able to represent the Council professionally.<br \/>\nEnthusiastic and willing to work both proactively and reactively.<br \/>\nWilling to work on a business need basis \u2013 i.e willing to work anywhere in the borough but also willing to work evenings and weekends where we need it.<\/p>\n<p>This role would suit individuals with recent enforcement experience.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements :<br \/>\nAbility to prepare witness statements and capture evidence.<br \/>\nAble to complete patrols.<br \/>\nKnowledge of video capturing\/ evidence gathering\/ use of bodycams (or willing to be trained).<br \/>\nConfident dealing with high pressure situations and\/or potential conflict professionally.<br \/>\nKnowledge of covid- enforcement issues.<br \/>\nAble to drive and willing to use own vehicle for business.<\/p>\n<p>Support efficient effective Enforcement \u2013<br \/>\nTo deliver a holistic Covid business advice and enforcement remedy. Including<br \/>\na. Business support and social distancing advice and solutions to high risk, priority small businesses, with advice chat facility.<br \/>\nb. rapid response to issues requiring a firm remedy into the Covid T&amp;T Hub associated with any outbreak.<br \/>\nTargeted media including mobile media boards located in SD challenged areas ( it is understood that a Comms project is currently underway and this could link so this has not been costed)<\/p>\n<p>Any person \/ business not complying with Covid rules and<br \/>\na. Commissioned service from H&amp;S Consultancy<\/p>\n<p>b. In house from redeployment of existing staff with backfill or direct recruitment from agency<br \/>\nc. Better Covid security and social distancing in businesses<br \/>\nd. Reduced Covid Transmission associated with outbreak situations<br \/>\ne. Greater public compliance ( on the basis of media messages following enforcement)<br \/>\nf.
