We are currently recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Manager.
\nThe successful candidate will perform an important role in marketing, brand identity and corporate management and will serve as a company ambassador focusing on the long-term interests of the business.
\nIncludes flexibility around working from home.<\/p>\n

The commercial manager\u2019s main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintaining and developing relationships with current client base
\nWorking with a host of public sector clients including, Law Enforcement, Home Office, CPS, HMRC, IOPC, MOD, NHS, Social Services, Trading Standards etc.
\nWorking with a host of criminal defence specialists including solicitor practices, barristers\u2019 chambers, Law Societies, and investigation agencies
\n\u2022 Preparing tenders and negotiating contracts
\n\u2022 Manage customer expectations and maintain relationships
\n\u2022 Development of the business services portfolio
\n\u2022 Monitoring market changes and trends to identify new business opportunities
\n\u2022 To promote and improve brand identity
\n\u2022 Seek to improve value and add proposition for its customer base
\n\u2022 Working in partnership with both the Production Manager and Operations Manager to evaluate, define and manage mutually acceptable contract terms and service level agreements with client base
\n\u2022 Assist in any conflict resolution issues with contracts and commercial operations
\n\u2022 Identifying, evaluating, and progressing business acquisition targets
\n\u2022 Assist the company in achieving internationalisation of services
\n\u2022 Seeking out development funding\/investments for new projects<\/p>\n

Vital Requirements
\nA proven track record of delivering tangible results and growth improvements
\nPrevious experience of tendering and preparing tender bids
\nAdvanced negotiation and management skills
\nAbility to develop and strengthen client relationships
\nAbility to critically evaluate market opportunities
\nAbility to formulate business plans in justification of commercial change or new business opportunities
\nUnderstanding of the constraints and restrictions of SME business development
\nStrong commercial awareness
\nResults Driven
\nUK driving licence<\/p>\n
