We are currently recruiting an AML & Data Protection Officer based in Guernsey on a Permanent basis.
\nThis role will be at Mid-Level Management.
\n\u00a375,000-\u00a380,000 per year, Private Health Care & A Company Bonus of 20%. (20% tax applies in Guernsey)<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Be responsible for designing and carrying out AML\/CTF and Data Protection risk assessments across the Group (the Group currently operates in Italy, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Malta, Guernsey and the UK).
\n\u2022 On the back of those risk assessments, review and assess the current AML\/CTF and Data Protection policies, procedures and controls in place across the Group and revise and update the same as necessary to ensure their effectiveness (such reviews to be undertaken at regular intervals going forward).
\n\u2022 Monitor and supervise the Suspicious Activity Report processes.
\n\u2022 Deal with all Data Subject Access Requests;
\n\u2022 Manage any data breach incidents that arise across the Group;
\n\u2022 Be an integral part of liaison with regulators, other relevant authorities and third parties (including the Group\u2019s banks) in relation to money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, data protection and other related matters.
\n\u2022 Monitor and review all AML\/CTF and Data Protection changes to EU and national laws that affect the Group\u2019s business and update policies, procedures and controls accordingly.
\n\u2022 Be responsible for assessing and meeting all AML\/CTF training needs of the relevant employees of the Group (preparing and delivering training as appropriate)
\n\u2022 Liaise with country managers and key stakeholders in the Group in relation to the above.
\n\u2022 The Officer will be based at the Group\u2019s dedicated Compliance Office in Guernsey and report into the Director of Group Legal Services & Compliance (who is also based in Guernsey)<\/p>\n
