It is responsible for the fast time tasking of SC proactive units and slow time assessment of Proactive operations through the nationally recognised MORiLE matrix. SCTaC is made up of three teams. The Firearms threat assessment desk FTAD which scans Intelligence for emerging firearms risks. Management of risk in law enforcement MORiLE team who risk asses all proactive operations and the SCTaC desk are the front of house for SC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Review and research Intelligence relating to firearms and to ensure that an appropriate response is completed both to reduce the risk of harm and to seek appropriate criminal justice outcomes.<br \/>\nHave access to and be able to search IIP, PND, CRIS, MERLIN, Crimint-Plus.
