We are currently recruiting a Transport customer service representative based in Bicester.
\nOn a 4 months initial contract. \u00a310.13 per hour.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\nGood customer service skills with experience of answering enquiries, conducting escalations and handling\/resolving complaints.
\nGood administrative skills (reviewing editing\/updating records) and computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Office Outlook, Access, Word & Excel.
\nAbility to work accurately with a high attention to detail to set deadlines.
\nAbility to work well in a team environment with excellent communication skills.
\nExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritise their own workloads to ensure critical operations are completed in a timely manner.
\nRecent experience of Fleet Management Processes.
\nFamiliarisation with Fleet services\/Accountancy software packages<\/p>\n
