We are currently recruiting a Post Charge Management Team Officer based in Sheffield.<\/p>\n
The Post Charge Management Team (PCMT) was set up to provide professional, efficient and effective support to both the Investigations team and witnesses throughout judicial processes.
\nWithin the court process, the PCMT manage the appropriate relationships including with CPS, Counsel, Court and Witness Services personnel.<\/p>\n
Key roles and responsibilities include:-
\n\u2022 External liaison with other professionals\/partners including CPS, ISVA\u2019s, SYP, Barristers, Court & Witness Services personnel.
\n\u2022 Manage witness availability; make travel arrangements for witnesses as required and manage witness expectations.
\n\u2022 Compiling Victim Code and Witness Charter letters in accordance with NCA policy.
\n\u2022 Detailed note-taking of a high volume of meetings, which can range from case meetings (with external partners), senior manager led meetings (Pathway meetings chaired by G2), daily court conference management meetings, de-brief meetings and other meetings with external partners, occasionally chairing meetings (in absence of G4).
\n\u2022 Compile comprehensive briefing documents in connection with logistics planning for trials.
\n\u2022 Maintain accurate records.
\n\u2022 Maintain appropriate security standards for material generated\/viewed within role.
\n\u2022 Facilitate and manage post judicial process de-brief meetings.
\n\u2022 Identification and management of risk.<\/p>\n
Recent experience of judicial processes, including managing witnesses.
\nExperience\/working knowledge of Home Office Large Major Enquiry System (HOLMES) for example to access material whilst working remotely at court.
\nStrong interpersonal skills.
\nEffective communication to a range of audiences
\nAttention to detail.
\nProven organisational skills.
\nIT efficiency, including developing and maintaining Excel documents.
\nFlexibility.<\/p>\n
