We are currently recruiting a Training Officer based in Dunstable on a 6 months contract.<\/p>\n
Reporting to: Training Leader<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities to include:<\/p>\n
To design & deliver training to meet locally identified needs making the best use of blended learning.
\nTo develop and deliver national training packages, meeting relevant compliance criteria making best use of blended learning.
\nTo ensure that training keeps pace with changes & developments in terms of content, design and methodology.
\nTo administer tests and assessments
\nTo manage learner performance and behaviour appropriately.
\nTo adhere to agreed quality assurance procedures and provide evidence in support of local\/national audit activity
\nTo provide advice & support to all staff members in relation to learning & personal development.<\/p>\n
Skills & experience required:
\nLevel 3 training qualification or relevant experience
\nAbility to research, plan, design, deliver and evaluate training programmes
\nComputer literate
\nDriving license required as post holder required to travel between a number of training locations across tri-force area (Business Insurance must be held by the post holder).<\/p>\n
