\u00a316per hour \u2013 Plus holiday pay<\/p>\n
Role:<\/p>\n
To ensure sensitive and non-sensitive disclosure schedules and disclosure officer reports are completed in accordance with legal requirements and within the required time scale.<\/p>\n
To identify further lines of enquiry from exhibits and unused material, taking appropriate action to deal with information that is inadequate, contradictory or ambiguous.<\/p>\n
To gather unused material from everyone involved in an operation, ensuring that information has been obtained in accordance with relevant legislation.<\/p>\n
To contact other bodies, including law enforcement (UK and abroad), to request unused material and\/or disclosure schedules, acting as Principal Disclosure Officer as appropriate.<\/p>\n
Attend Court as required.<\/p>\n
Fully conversant with disclosure in complex criminal cases;<\/p>\n
Have a thorough knowledge of the Attorney General\u2019s guidelines on disclosure 2013, the CPS Disclosure Manual and Judicial Protocol on the Disclosure of Unused Material.<\/p>\n
Have acted as disclosure officer in complex criminal cases; and<\/p>\n
Have knowledge and experience of international disclosure issues<\/p>\n
