SERVICE ASSURANCE MANAGER (WESTMINSTER)
10th November 2022We are currently recruiting a Service Assurance Manager based in Westminster.
• Working across the Business Support Unit; internal audit, handling of misconduct cases and complaints, and compliance with a range of regulatory activities including health and safety
• Establish an appropriate approach in each area to handling information appropriately and efficiently – this should include demand modelling, resourcing, training needs analysis, development of appropriate tools, etc.
• Establish an internal audit approach for all MO11 services and is proportionate to each service e.g. highly regulated environments vs. less regulated
• Track all open actions from external and internal reviews and create the mechanisms for effective tasking
• Create reporting to meet the requirements of service delivery teams and SLT
• Provide coaching and upskilling to colleagues working across risk management, continuity planning, internal audit, and other assurance functions
• Working with the PMO, establish a programme of Continuous Improvement / Organisational Learning for MO11
• Support the SLT to drive the MO11 transformation and support with bespoke activities as required
• An audit background would be desirable but is not essential
