Investigator (Sheffield)

We are currently looking to recruit Investigators based in Sheffield on a full-time, 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Participate in operations and investigations, carry out evidence and intelligence gathering and preservation in order to build knowledge of organised crime and disrupt and degrade criminal capability.

• Provide support to core investigative functions including disclosure/exhibits/authorities/presentation of written and oral evidence.

• Ensure the quality secure handling and dissemination of intelligence, maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity and duty of care in line with Agency policy.

• Carry out effective case management, create, maintain and update departmental records, including case files and reports.

Requirements of the Role:

• PIP2 accredited or equivalent
• Knowledge of Disclosure
• Knowledge of HOLMES
• Experience of working on Major Incident Teams

Contract: 6 months

Location: Sheffield

Working Hours: 37, Mon-Fri

Pay Rate: £13.72 – £16.88 Per Hour
