TRAINER (WINFRITH)

We are currently recruiting a Trainer ( Information Technology and Creative) based in Winfrith on a 12 month contract.

Grade: Scale F £14.40
Location: Winfrith
Hours: 37
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months

The principal responsibility of the role is to design and deliver training and development interventions and to ensure that the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviour of police officers, staff and other members of the force meet the requirements of the force and deliver its priorities

Key requirements:
· To ensure the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviour of officers, staff, PCSOs Specials and Volunteers are maintained and training is up-to-date and relevant.
· A flexible approach to training delivery, supporting development of the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviour of staff across the force/s in various subject areas.
· To meet the requirements as recognised and highlighted during the training needs analysis, but to ensure that consideration takes place of value for money approach whilst also ensuring the learning outcomes are not impeded.
