Statement Taker (Hastings)

We are currently recruiting Statement takers in Hastings on a temp ongoing contract.

As a Statement Taker you will be asked to support the Investigating Officer / RIT Investigators to plan and complete statements from victims and witnesses to identify and maximise all available evidence. Through this support you will need to ensure statements are typed, legible and that they meet the required evidential standard and quality standards complying with guidelines laid down by the Crown Prosecution Service.

£13.69 ph
27 hours per week (can be flexible how this is worked (Mon – Friday) 7.4 hrs/3days)
To be successful for this role you need experience in a UK Police Force and taken statements within your service time.
