We are currently looking for an experienced ‘Client Support Officer’ to take on a temporary on-going contract based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

Position Details:
• Temporary on-going contract
• Full-time position: 37 Hours per Week
• Working Hours: 9.00-17.00, Monday-Friday

Job Description:

• Ensure the service is delivered in line with specific targeted customer service levels, health and safety standards and legislation
• Dealing with customer and colleague enquiries and support these courteously, proactively, and efficiently
• Work effectively with colleagues and line management in achieving customer service and expectations
• Ensure that quality and value for money are considered in supporting the management of the estate
• Investigating, collating, presenting, reporting on and maintaining service desk information
• Use and develop administrative and financial processes and procedures, to ensure effective and efficient administration in order to provide a quality customer service
• Maintain internal customer relationships and expectations to ensure that an efficient Estates service desk function is provided

Requirements:

• You will have excellent customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with a broad range of diverse and demanding customers across a variety of platforms
• You will build effective working relationships at all levels, and support a broad range of diverse internal and external stakeholders who require an exemplary service
• You will be able to demonstrate how you work proactively and collaboratively in a team, with personal credibility, in order to provide a quality level of service
• You will be competent in administration and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and IT systems
• You will have a high level of attention to detail and be comfortable with producing and presenting accurate data and information
• Ideally you will have experience in the areas of facilities management, customer service, business support
