We are currently recruiting a Benefits Realisation Officer in Preston.
Requirements:
- Identify, develop and plan for Business Benefits Realistion and efficiency savings.
- Develop and produce a business benefits realisation plan for the current Futures change programme.
- Monitor the programme business cases taking into account the original identified benefits and measuring them against the actual benefits achieved by the newly installed capabilities.
- Routinely report progress to the Futures Inspector, appropriate governance boards and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the Communication Plan regarding benefits realisation to outline the communication flow between all interested parties with both internal and external partners.
- Attends meetings to discuss issues regarding business benefits realisation and to take any action when required.
- Support the programme plan making sure it is maintained and is effective.
- Support the business realisation plan and benefit profiles and measures benefits against the base line processes and the business blueprints.
- Support the Futures Inspector on the development of the benefits realisation strategy and plan.
- Support and look for the best practice on benefits realisation.
- Carry out any other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post.
